Job Description
- Lead supply chain optimization projects across strategy, network design, cost reduction, and performance tracking.
- Analyze and map supply chain networks, engaging stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Evaluate distribution center performance and provide insights on KPIs such as service levels, productivity, capacity utilization, and cost-to-serve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
- Develop analytics and dashboards with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to support continuous improvement and track post-implementation cost savings.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
- Possess extensive supply chain experience, with at least 8 years in network design, optimization, program management, or logistics operations.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with inventory optimization, performance management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Skilled in handling large datasets, building network models, leveraging BI tools, creating visualizations, and performing financial analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies is advantageous.
- Able to convey technical solutions clearly, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong change management capabilities.
