Requirements:

Preferably the team lead candidate has prior team lead experience working in Singapore, as the working culture differs in Singapore vs offshore delivery centers.

Expectation of SG customers in a SI environment varies very much from supporting overseas/American/European customers from offshore delivery centers.

Key criteria should be in leading a team of operations engineers which extends beyond Elastic (Observability domain), not a team lead for being a L3/L4 in the observability domain, though it will be good if the candidate has some prior experience supporting observability tooling.

From technology standpoint, the team lead will have SMEs in each technology stack to support him/her. i.e. he does not need be master in the whole technology stack.

Potential candidate should be proficient in the following technical domains

RHEL administration

Managing monitoring/observability platform/infrastructure

Minimum FIVE (5) years of IT experience, with THREE (3) years of experience managing and supporting observability tools, preferably in Elastic

Has minimally TWO (2) years of experience in leading a team of operation engineers

Other prior experience preferred

Using or managing Elastic infrastructure

Managing Nutanix as part of operations

Has been equipped with the relevant training or possess product certification in any observability tool technology, preferably in Elastic.
