Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Petaling Jaya. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce short-form and long-form video content for social channels, campaigns, and client projects, aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include pre-production planning, storyboarding, coordinating shoot logistics, and setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. The role involves filming on location and in-studio, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborating closely with creative, copy, and account teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories. The Videographer will also handle post-production tasks such as basic editing, color correction, and exporting assets in the required formats, while maintaining an organized media library and staying current with video trends and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong video production capabilities, including planning, shooting video, and overseeing end-to-end production workflows.
• Proficient camera operation skills, with hands-on experience handling different camera types and lenses.
• Solid understanding of lighting for video, including setting up and adjusting lights for various environments and moods.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage field shoots, and adapt to fast-paced, client-focused environments.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic color correction and audio clean-up.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate briefs into clear shot lists and storyboards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with creative, marketing, and client teams.
• Relevant experience in content, digital marketing, or agency environments; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
