Sunway Winstar Hiring! Full Time Senior Warehouse Operations Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Location: Sunway Enterprise Park, Puchong/ Sepang

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, delivery, and inventory control.
• Lead and guide warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transporters and internal stakeholders to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Drive warehouse improvement initiatives, including layout optimization, space utilization, and process enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping, and security standards.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance indicators.
• Support cycle counts and annual stock take activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in trading, distribution, wholesale, or 3PL environments.
• Experience supervising warehouse personnel and coordinating daily operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues effectively.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work alternate Saturdays.
