Job Summary
An executive-level position responsible for conducting investigations, surveillance operations, and enforcement activities while managing the administrative functions of the Regional Enforcement Office. This role combines investigative responsibilities with operational coordination and administrative oversight.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into regulatory offenses to ensure compliance with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
- Coordinate enforcement and surveillance operations to support effective operational execution.
- Collect and manage evidence and case documentation to facilitate legal and enforcement actions.
- Prepare investigation reports and operational updates to support management decision-making.
- Liaise with enforcement agencies and stakeholders to strengthen inter-agency cooperation and operational effectiveness.
- Manage operational resources and administrative matters to ensure efficient regional office operations.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification or technical training in Digital Forensics, Cybercrime Investigation, or related areas would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in law enforcement or regulatory enforcement, including investigation, enforcement operations, and case management activities.
