• Familiarity with engineering and project management processes, as well as industrial or clean room construction.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant contract and project management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial standards and regulations will be beneficial.
• Prior experience in related industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or food-related projects is an advantage.
