We are seeking a System Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be involved in project implementation, system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support across enterprise environments, including servers, networking, Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity, collaboration platforms, and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements.
- Deploy and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup, and endpoint security solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for servers, desktops, operating systems, applications, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IT systems and solutions.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, backup verification, and system health checks.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity controls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, system integration, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and desktop support.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
