Position : Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time)

Salary : $4,000 - $4,500 (Depending on relevant experience)

Location : Ubi

Working Time :

Monday–Friday (9am–6pm) | Alternate Saturday (9am–1pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations and guide a small team. This role suits someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment and is confident in leading people while maintaining smooth and accurate warehouse processes.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations
• Lead and guide a team of around 9 members (drivers, admin, warehouse assistants)
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch arrangements
• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure proper use of inventory systems
• Work closely with the management team on workflow improvements
• Support both retail and online fulfilment requirements (omni-channel environment)
• Provide hands-on help when needed

Job Requirements :-

• At least 2-4 years of relevant warehouse experience
• Experience working in at least two in-house brand companies
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with warehouse systems such as WMS / SAP / similar platforms
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
• Stable work history (not frequent job changes)
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is an added advantage
• Class 3 driving licence is a bonus
