Responsibilities

Position: HR SSC Specialist (MNC Company)

Location: Klang, Selangor

Working Arrangement: Fully On site, Monday - Friday 8.30am -5.30pm

Salary Package: Basic Salary+ 13th month salary +Performance Bonus



About the Role

Our client are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR SSC Specialist to join the Shared Service Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting regional HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, accurate employee data management, and timely payroll processing across multiple SEA countries.


You will play a key role in maintaining HR system integrity and supporting cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Job Description

1) Employee Data & HR Systems

- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding using Workday and BIPO HRMS.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data across HRsystems.

- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee records and documentation.


2) Leave & HR System Support

- Act as a super user for the regional leave management system.

- Maintain user access rights (create, update, deactivate accounts).

- Ensure system compliance with company HR policies and support continuous process improvement.


3) Payroll Administration

- Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws and

company policies.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.

- Validate payroll inputs, statutory contributions, and tax calculations.

- Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR Business Partners.


4) HR Projects & Support

- Participate in HR operational projects and regional initiatives.

- Support urgent HR operational needs and cross-functional requests.

- Collaborate closely with HRBP, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of

HR services.



Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or shared services.

- Familiar with HR systems such as Workday or BIPO (advantage).

- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR master data management.

- Knowledge of SEA labor regulations is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
