Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Market Development


  • Identify and engage potential leads through professional networking, industry events, and online outreach
  • Expand Cregis’s client base by acquiring new enterprise and institutional customers
  • Strengthen Cregis’s presence and reputation across the APAC market


Sales & Relationship Management


  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner by understanding client payment and settlement needs


Client Success & Internal Coordination


  • Provide timely, reliable, and professional support to Cregis’s affiliates and user
  • Proactively coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues
  • Gather client feedback and provide structured recommendations to the management team


Partnerships & Ecosystem Development


  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry players across fintech, PSP, iGaming, forex, and payments
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that drive sustainable revenue growth


Requirements:


Experience & Industry Background


  • Proven enterprise sales experience within fintech, PSP, iGaming, forex, or payments
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in senior or enterprise sales roles
  • Experience selling complex payment, settlement, or financial infrastructure solutions


Skills & Competencies


  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new products, flows, and market dynamics
  • Highly independent and self-driven, able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong hunter mindset with a proactive approach to pipeline creation
  • Solid understanding of payments, settlement flows, and cross-border transactions
  • Excellent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities across internal and external parties


Language Requirements


  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
