KYB-UMW Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a Sime Group Joint Venture company KYB Corporation (Japan). We specialize in manufacturing High-Quality automotive shock absorbers and suspension systems, primarily for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and aftermarket customers since 1983.

Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and identify opportunities cost reduction plan through localization, resourcing activity, process improvement and developing new vendors.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.

Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic sourcing plans.

Conduct costing analysis and prepare procurement reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial) or Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of automotive components and manufacturing processes. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantage
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
