岗位职责
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and staff movements.
Handle payroll, compensation and benefits, statutory contributions, and salary-related matters.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, HR processes, and internal guidelines.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp, and Employment Act.
Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and staff communication.
Coordinate with government bodies, service providers, vendors, and internal departments when required.
Maintain proper HR and company documentation with confidentiality.
Support management in workforce planning, HR budgeting, company culture, and business expansion matters.
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR Operations function.
Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian Statutory Acts.
High integrity, able to handle confidential information.
Strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Good at organizing, planning, analytical and presentation skills.
