Job Description
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and SQL-based analyses to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Design, document, and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and best practices across regional markets.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and local stakeholders to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
- Track key project milestones, operational KPIs, and productivity metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Support the rollout of new operational initiatives, tools, and automation solutions across multiple markets.
- Conduct data-driven evaluations of operational changes and recommend improvements based on business impact.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help build scalable operational frameworks for regional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Operations Research, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, able to use SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
- Experience in consulting, operations, analytics, process improvement, or project management is advantageous.
