VISEO ASIA Hiring! Full Time Data-AI Activity Director in - Ricebowl

As Data / AI Activity Director, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading VISEO’s Data & AI activity in Asia Pacific & Japan. This is a senior leadership role combining business development, delivery ownership, and people leadership, with full accountability for the activity’s growth, profitability, and market positioning.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level clients, a strategic partner to Sales and Regional Leadership, and a hands-on leader for Data & AI teams across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute the Data & AI activity strategy for APJ, aligned with VISEO’s global vision
• Build and grow a sustainable revenue pipeline, contributing directly to P&L ownership
• Identify priority industries, offerings, and use cases (Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, GenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, etc.)
• Develop strategic partnerships with hyperscale's and ecosystem partners (Microsoft, cloud & AI vendors)

Business Development & Presales

• Lead high-value presales engagements, RFPs/RFIs, and client proposals
• Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to shape Data & AI transformation roadmaps
• Position VISEO as a trusted Data & AI partner in the APJ market through thought leadership and client success stories

Delivery & Governance

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for Data & AI projects across the region
• Define delivery standards, governance models, and best practices
• Act as senior escalation point for complex programs and strategic clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction

People & Practice Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor a regional Data & AI team (architects, consultants, engineers)
• Drive capability development, certifications, and knowledge sharing
• Attract top talent and contribute to strategic hiring decisions
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration

PROFILE

• 12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud consulting, with senior leadership exposure
• Proven track record in both business development and delivery leadership
• Experience leading large, multi-country teams in a consulting or IT services environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise Data & AI architectures and transformation programs
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results
• Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Strong experience in sales, business development, or client management roles
• Solid knowledge of modern data platforms and AI ecosystems (e.g. Azure Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Analytics, AI / GenAI use cases)
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Strong exposure to enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation initiatives
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L ownership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive level

• Comfortable operating in a multicultural, regional environment
