Position: Infra Server Support Contractor

Location: Fully Onsite / Bangsar South

Contract

We are looking for an experienced Infra Server Support professional with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, migration, and infrastructure support.

Key Requirements:

• L3 Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Administration/Migration

• Active Directory (Domain Controller)

• Microsoft Exchange Server

• Remote Desktop Services (RDS)

• Windows File, Print & DHCP Servers

• Citrix Non-Persistent VDI

• Veeam & Backup Exec Administration

• Server Monitoring, Backup & Recovery

• Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• SOP, KB & Documentation Management

• Infrastructure Security & Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure.

• Perform server migrations and Microsoft 365 migration activities.

• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, and backup solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve L3 incidents.

• Ensure backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance standards.

• Create and maintain SOPs, RCA reports, and knowledge base documentation.

Preferred candidates should have strong enterprise infrastructure support experience and be comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
