IQI Concept is looking for experienced and passionate talents who are ready to take on larger-scale residential renovation projects and lead them from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, and operations teams to turn homeowners’ needs into practical design proposals, budgets, and successful project delivery.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys client-facing work, has strong renovation or interior design experience, and is ready to grow with greater ownership and responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between clients and our internal creative and operations teams.
• Understand client needs and translate their vision into compelling proposals and actionable plans.
• Prepare and manage design proposals, budgets, and quotations, ensuring alignment with creative standards and project guidelines.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
• Own transport is required.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a hands-on attitude.
