Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct client meetings (online and in-person), including overseas visits, to support relationship management and account continuity.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely follow-up on requests, feedback, and action items.
  • Represent the company professionally at international meetings, networking sessions, and business events.
  • Support client retention by understanding client needs, anticipating issues, and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with technical/support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-up plans (CRM/Excel).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador during overseas assignments, upholding the company’s image and reputation.


Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field, business communication related is preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients in professional and social settings.
  • Professional, confident presentation, and good etiquette in client-facing environments.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally for business purposes. (Japan, Hong Kong, China and etc)
  • Mature, adaptable, and culturally sensitive when working with international clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, follow-up discipline, and service mindset.
  • Interest in network technology sales and willingness to learn cloud services (training will be provided).
  • Language: Able to communicate professionally in English and Mandarin.


* Mandarin language proficiency is required as this role involves frequent communication and coordination with China-based clients.


Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:

  • Flight attendant / cabin crew experience
  • Luxury retail / boutique sales / premium counter service
  • Hospitality, hotel front office, guest relations, or customer service
  • Corporate client servicing or account management
  • Business development, sales support, or client relationship roles
  • Any role involving high-level customer interaction, grooming standards, professional communication, and service etiquette
