Job Summary

Provide operational, reporting, and administrative support to the commercial team by coordinating with finance, technical, and routing teams. The role ensures smooth internal processes, accurate information exchange, and timely reporting to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilitie

sCommercial Support & Coordinatio

• nSupport the commercial team and Account Managers (AMs) with accurate internal information exchange and updates
• .Coordinate communication between commercial, finance, technical, and routing teams

.Finance, Technical & Routing Coordinatio

• nWork closely with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of credit limits, payments, agreements, and invoices
• .Coordinate with the technical team to ensure interconnection, technical setup, and trouble tickets are handled efficiently
• .Work with the routing team to ensure correct route settings and accurate cost analysis

.Reporting & Analysi

• sPrepare and maintain accurate daily monitoring reports
• .Manage the winning route report project, ensuring productive weekly meetings and useful reports for the commercial team
• .Provide clear analysis, feedback, and insights to support business decisions

.Time Management & Communicatio

• nComplete assigned tasks on time and in full
• .Respond promptly to internal inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or Microsoft Teams

.Administrative Support & Process Improvemen

• tComplete internal administrative tasks on time
