The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports this growth by managing interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and organised hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Search for and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, and other job platforms
• Reach out to candidates to share opportunities and arrange interview appointments
• Follow up with candidates and keep communication clear and timely
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth end-to-end candidate experience
• Support daily office preparation for interviews and recruitment activities
• Maintain accurate records, data entry, and basic recruitment tracking
• Assist other ad-hoc administrative support when needed

What We’re Looking For

• GCE O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing is highly valued
• Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates independently
• Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups
• Manage multiple candidate conversations efficiently
• Results-driven mindset
• Familiar with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage
