Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs focused on next-generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This critical role requires a high-caliber professional capable of managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative enterprise solutions that align with core business objectives.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale technology projects and programs, from initiation and planning through to deployment and post-implementation review
- .Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and robust risk management strategies
- .Oversee and manage multiple cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
- .Engage with key senior stakeholders across various business units to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure strict alignment between technical solutions and business needs
