KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strong leadership in Security Operations
Oversee Incident Management & Crisis Response
Ensure Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
Drive Strategic Planning, Growth & Operational Excellence
Manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities
Lead Staff Training, Development & Security Awareness
Build Strong Client & Stakeholder Relationships
Represent the organization and maintain high client satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
WSQ Diploma in Security or relevant qualification
Must possess a valid Grade CSO (Chief Security Officer) certification/licence
Minimum 10 years of Security Operations experience
At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
Proven track record in the Singapore Security Industry (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Investigations, Audits & Compliance
Excellent Risk Assessment & Mitigation capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work weekends and extended hours when required
