Job Description

SK tes is looking for an Admin Executive to handle expatriate support and general administrative duties. We welcome applications from responsible individuals with a strong service mindset.

• Provide administrative and general affairs support for expatriates (local and dispatched employees)
• Organize internal documents and meeting materials; handle administrative tasks
• Greet and assist internal and external visitors
• Support general management and administrative operations

Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• Legally authorized to work in Singapore
• Flexible with working hours
• Knowledgeable about local Singapore context
• Preferred: Singapore Citizen or PR, valid driving license, prior experience in office/administrative roles
