Job Responsibilities
1. Track daily sales, expenses, and company finances.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
3. Monitor outlet performance and operational KPIs.
4. Manage supplier invoices, payments, and documentation.
5. Track inventory, stock orders, and wastage reports.
6. Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth operations.
7. Maintain company records, SOPs, and administrative documents.
8. Assist management with expansion planning and business analysis.
Requirements:
1. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
2. Organized and detail-oriented personality.
3. Basic understanding of finance, bookkeeping, or accounting.
4. Able to work independently and solve problems quickly.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in F&B is a bonus.
