• Bachelor's Degree in Regional & Town Planning, Property Management, Estate Management, Real Estate, Property Development, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or working experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of property development, land matters, or development approval processes is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills in English.
• Possess own transport, willing to travel when required, and be based at Campbell Complex, Kuala Lumpur.

• Assist in researching and evaluating potential land and property development opportunities.
• Support project coordination by liaising with internal teams, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and development-related documentation.
• Monitor project progress and maintain proper records, files, and compliance documents.
• Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and other duties assigned by Management.
