Job Title: Technical Service Manager (Data Center / Critical Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore (Kallang)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead service operations for critical infrastructure projects, particularly within data centers. This role is key to ensuring high-quality technical support, maintenance services, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues within SLA commitments
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to address technical challenges and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Generate failure analysis reports and manage incident response
  • Oversee maintenance services, warranty support, and 24/7 service operations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships post-sales
  • Plan and allocate service resources effectively
  • Act as escalation point for technical issues (including after office hours when required)
  • Manage spare parts inventory and RMA processes
  • Develop and manage service partners and subcontractors
  • Deliver technical training and documentation to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations & maintenance services
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within critical environments (e.g. data centers)
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, UPS, cooling systems, and DCIM
  • Experience working in SLA-driven service environments
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • A valid driving license is preferred for travel to customer sites
