Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the coordination and execution of corporate visits, collaborations, and outreach initiatives
  • Liaise with partners, volunteers, and community groups on programmes and visits
  • Maintain partner records, track engagements, and support reporting efforts
  • Assist with follow-ups, communications, and ongoing relationship management

Volunteer Management

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of individual and group volunteers
  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating volunteer activities and programmes
  • Ensure smooth on-site execution during volunteer sessions and visits
  • Support volunteer engagement and appreciation initiatives, e.g. events, certificates, communications

Corporate Communications & Branding

  • Support content development for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across platforms
  • Content creation including coordination of photography, videography, design assets
  • Support updates to website and publicity materials

Events & Programme Support

  • Plan and execute events, e.g. partner visits, appreciation events, community engagements
  • Provide logistical and operational support for on-site and off-site activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Support documentation and post-event reporting

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organised records of partners, volunteers, and engagement activities
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
  • Provide administrative support within the division


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
  • 1–3 years experience in partnerships, communications, events, or volunteer management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Canva and familiar with managing social media platforms
