Are you passionate about engineering and eager to grow within a dynamic, supportive team? Ascendas Design Group is seeking a motivated Project Executive to lead and manage unique, specialized, and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Assist in overseeing architectural and engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful completion of project goals.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Support the team in managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Risk & Problem Solving: Identify project issues and collaborate on solutions to keep the project on track.
• Team Coordination: Work with project teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

Criteria:

• Education: Diploma and/or above in construction related course Engineering/QS/Construction Management (required).
• Experience: Previous experience in engineering projects (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn the full project cycle, including pre- and post-contract administration.

Preferred: Flexibility and willingness to travel will open to traveling will significantly boost your chances of securing the role.
