We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a growing food and beverage manufacturing company to lead its finance function. This role will play a key part in supporting business growth by building the finance infrastructure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, policies and reporting frameworks
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and management reporting activities
• Drive finance process improvements and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP implementation
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and regulatory requirements
• Support business expansion initiatives and build scalable finance processes

Key Requirements

• Proven experienced in Financial Controller, Finance manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing or operational finance environments
• Experience setting up finance processes, controls, and reporting structures within a growing or start-up business
• Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation and reporting structures
