Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Melaka. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. You will also maintain records, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and interview facilitation skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as maintaining candidate databases
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of local employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and meet hiring deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
