Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for a STEM Trainer. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive workshops and educational outreach programs, creating and delivering STEM-related content to students of various age groups, and training educators in computational thinking and digital literacy. Additional responsibilities include curriculum planning, supporting program development, and ensuring engagement in STEM activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of STEM subjects such as robotics, engineering, coding, or science
• Experience in education, training, or facilitation, especially for preschool to secondary school students
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
• Creativity and the ability to design engaging and practical learning activities
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for teaching computational thinking and digital literacy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage classroom dynamics effectively
• Good organizational and curriculum development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in educational program development is a plus
