Responsibilities

PRE-CONTRACT STAGE

• Preparation and submission of documents for pre-qualification of bidders.
• Attend tender briefing and site visit with the Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager.
• Preparation and submission of tenders.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
• Assist Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager in budget setting.

DURING CONSTRUCTION STAGE

• Preparation and submission of monthly progress payment.
• Review, recommend, certification and ‘Check and Balance’ of sub-contractor’s payment.
• Attend site evaluation / joint measurement.
• Preparation and submission of variation order and contractual claims.
• Measurement and record keeping.

POST-CONTRACT STAGE

• Preparation of final measurement.
• Preparation of final account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 8 years of working experience in construction field.
• Overseas experience will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be base outside from Klang Valley or be posted overseas.
