Sunway University, a top-ranked not-for-profit private university, is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates for our Doctoral Student positions. As a Doctoral Student, you will engage in advanced research projects, collaborate with faculty and other researchers, and contribute to academic publications. This is a full-time on-site role based at our vibrant campus in Sunway City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced research projects in your field of study
• Collaborate with faculty and other researchers
• Contribute to academic publications(SCI Indexed) and present findings at A+ ranked conferences
• Attend seminars and engage with the academic community
• Assist with teaching responsibilities and mentor undergraduate and master's students

Qualifications:

• Graduates who are meeting entry requirement for PhD programme applied for AND

• Master Degree with CGPA ≥ 3.50 AND

• *Published one (1) journal article indexed in WOS/SCOPUS/ERA, AND

• Meet other requirements set by Sunway University and regulatory bodies

*Applicant/s without a published journal article (indexed in WOS/Scopus/ERA) must demonstrate the following in their highest qualification: o CGPA >= 3.75 AND Evidence of an individual research project AND Completion of a research methodology course.

• Applicant/s given direct entry to PhD from Bachelor level are eligible to apply for the PhD Studentship Scheme, subject to meeting the following requirement: CGPA ≥ 3.67 AND Evidence of a research project in related Bachelor’s degree AND Completion of a research methodology course AND Accepted into PhD Programme by university SENATE approval.
