Responsibilities
Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities】
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry into the accounting system, maintaining accurate financial records, and filing documents.
AP & AR Management: Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage vendor payments and customer receipts.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, verify financial transactions, and assist in month-end closing activities.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department and assist with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
【Requirements】
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles (knowledge of basic accounting software is required).
Qualification: LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
Attributes: Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
