Responsibilities

  • Leading NEC APAC’s business growth, partner alliance and transformation through business strategy planning and execution.
  • Execute strategic initiatives including AI implementation.
  • Maximize regional members’ potential and outcomes.
  • Develop ASEAN business strategies and governance framework which are aligned to HQ and ASEAN RHQ.
  • Conduct market analysis and trends to keep abreast of the market development across ASEAN region.
  • Work closely with the Heads of CA in ASEAN on the business development and incubation, as well as to support the growth in the ASEAN CA.
  • Follow the execution of the mid-term management plan (MTP) of ASEAN region.
  • Support new businesses execution by ASEAN CA Business Lines.
  • Analyse and identify every ASEAN CAs' issues /challenges and provide effective solutions timely.
  • Analyse customer requirements and identify new business opportunities in new business domains.
  • To be a strategic and effective Leader

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
  • 4 years and above experience as a Strategic Director in Regional Head Quarter.
  • Knowledge and experience in business strategy planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the talents in the business unit.
  • Strong ownership and leadership in business and organisation transformation.
  • Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
  • Familiar with Corporate Governance and Compliance, knowledge of business planning, human resources development, finance, budget control.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape for growing the business’ revenue and devising strategies / programs for success.
  • Detail oriented, able to track and organize information, data and communications efficiently to ensure business issues are dealt with promptly and properly.
  • Considerable knowledge of current trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong presentation skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N1)to liaise with Japan HQ
