We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager who thrives in a dynamic start-up fintech firm. In this role, you will anchor our people-strategy and play a pivotal part in shaping a culture that is high-performance, collaborative, and aligned with the evolving digital asset landscape. You’ll work closely with leadership to support organizational growth, talent development, and employee experience in a regulatory-conscious yet innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that directly support business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent deployment across functions.
  • Partner with department leaders to build strong organizational structure and future-ready talent capabilities.

Learning, Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Champion a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Develop engagement programs, leadership development paths, and performance coaching approaches.
  • Facilitate organizational communication that supports transparency and cross-team alignment.

Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management

  • Design competitive compensation frameworks aligned to market and regulatory standards.
  • Manage performance review cycles, OKRs, promotions, and rewards strategies.
  • Advise leadership on data-driven decisions related to workforce health and productivity.

HR Operations & Policy Governance

  • Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore employment legislation and industry regulations (MAS, PDPA, Employment Act).
  • Oversee onboarding, HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and workplace well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience at a Managerial level, preferably within a fast-pace Finance or FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities shift quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and employees.

Ideal Attributes:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with openness to emerging work models and evolving global talent landscapes.
  • Passion or curiosity for crypto, Web3, blockchain, or FinTech
