Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Project Department on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in both administrative coordination and business operations support.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal stakeholders, and driving efficiency across administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Secreterial & Administrative Support
Manage schedule, calendar and meeting coordination
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Handle visitor management and departmental coordination
Provide full administrative support to the team
Business Operations Support
Support service agreements, billing and payment processes
Coordinate vendor onboarding and set up
Manage internal applications and documentation workflow
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with internal processes
Group Companies Support
Provide administrative and operational support across group entities
Liaise with stakeholders for cross-company coordination
Assist in handling intercompany documentation and requests
Job Requirements
