HR Executive

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a HR Executive to join our growing team, playing a critical role in driving end-to-end talent acquisition and supporting the development of our international workforce. This role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline, delivering a seamless onboarding experience, and contributing to a high-performance, globally integrated culture team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and management of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Building of talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates and maintaining structured talent pools in supportive of workforce planning
  • Keeping track of recruitment metrics building relevant sourcing strategies and partnering with relevant hiring managers across regions
  • Handling onboarding & employee experience by ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new joiners. 
  • Supporting international team culture and engagements in team, driving cross cultual engagements and global cultural initiatives
  • Delivering relevant HR insights for HR reporting on talent and HR trends in market 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
  • Ideally with 2 years of experience HR and experience in talent acquisition, recruitment in technology roles 
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to stakeholders and full cycle recruitment process
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, proactive and eager to learn
  • Cultural awareness and sensitive in working in International business environment
