Job Description
Responsibilities
- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data management or business analyst role within investment and banking industry.
- Experience crafting user journeys and use cases and using them to guide system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and experience with other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good at working with details and is meticulous for operations.
- Good understanding and knowledge in data modelling and data integration.
- Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and/or Agile methodologies (like Scrum and Kanban).
- A good team player with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
