Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily operational requests related to account management and deposit/withdrawal processes
• Coordinate with internal departments including CS, Sales, Risk, Finance, and BIT teams
• Follow up operational cases with efficiency and accuracy under a fast-paced environment
• Support shift-based operational coverage and maintain stable service quality
• Participate in process optimization, operational monitoring, and workflow improvements
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience preferred
• Candidates with CFD / Forex / Financial industry experience are highly preferred
• Able to adapt to shift-based working arrangements
• Emotionally stable and able to maintain consistent performance under repetitive and high-frequency communication environments
• Able to handle long-term cross-department coordination and operational follow-ups
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn operational logic and processes
• Candidates with long-term career development intention are preferred
• Demonstrates the ability and mindset to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality, while continuously exploring new ways to enhance business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Operations / Customer Service / Financial Support environments (Involved CFD)
• Experience handling high-volume operational tasks or shift-based roles
• Candidates with stable long-term employment records
• Cross-functional experience (CS / OP / Risk / Finance) is a plus
