1️⃣12-Hour Rotating Shift (Rotation Pattern: 3-4-4-3)
• 7am – 7pm
• 7pm – 7am
2️⃣Morning Shift
• Monday – Friday: 7am – 3pm
• Saturday: 7am – 1pm
3️⃣Afternoon Shift
• Monday – Friday: 3pm – 11pm
• Saturday: 1pm – 7pm

Responsibilities
- Set up, troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes.
- Perform mold setup, changeovers and routine mold maintenance.
- Ensure molding parameters comply with approved process specifications and cycle times.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.
- Support production requirements and customer delivery schedules.
- Minimize scrap and optimize material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Conduct inspections to ensure molded products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare materials and components to minimize machine downtime.
- Document process changes, production records and non-conformance reports.
- Participate in process validation activities including IQ, OQ and PQ.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians and support production operations.
- Stop production when serious quality, contamination or safety issues are detected.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may apply.
- NTC-2, Diploma or Technical Certification in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of plastic injection molding experience.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Familiar with scientific molding principles and process optimization.
- Experience operating injection molding machines such as Sumitomo, Engel, Nissei or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in:
• Horizontal Molding
• 2K Molding
• Insert Molding
• Basic robotics and automation knowledge.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and process documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP and cleanroom manufacturing standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts when required.
