Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets
Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments)
Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience in sales or customer service (experience in fashion or footwear preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for women’s products and fashion
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to take initiative and embrace challenges
Others:
5 days work week, 44 working hours per week
