We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to support our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality food consistently. This role focuses on the preparation of Indonesian and Western fusion cuisine while maintaining Tanamera Coffee’s quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section efficiently
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and minimising wastage
Support daily kitchen operations and service periods
Work closely with the kitchen & Ops team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Cook, or similar kitchen role
Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
