Job Summary

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing logistics and factory/warehouse operations while driving sustainability projects, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with food safety and cold supply chain standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and factory/warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and support business objectives
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain premise solar panels for renewable energy management
• Partner with ship managers and owners to advance recycling projects at ports
• Engage with PSA and Jurong Port to support and align with their sustainability programs
• Support the Quality Assurance department to ensure adherence to food safety standards
• Conduct random food quality inspections to maintain product integrity
• Monitor and enforce compliance with cold supply chain operational standards
• Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower’s Workplace Safety and Health (MSD) requirements
