Warehouse & Store Operations

·       Support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits
·       Report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages promptly

Logistics Support

·       Assist in loading and unloading of goods
·       Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and logistics providers for
deliveries and collections
·       Support shipping and receiving activities

Housekeeping & Safety

·       Maintain cleanliness and organisation of store/warehouse areas
·       Follow workplace safety procedures and proper material
handling practices
·       Ensure compliance with company policies, quality procedures,
and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Education / Experience

·       Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
·       1–2 years of experience in warehouse, store, logistics, or
inventory roles preferred
·       Fresh candidates with relevant training may be considered

Skills & Competencies

·       Valid forklift licence (mandatory)
·       Possess a valid class 4 driving license is required
·       Basic computer skills (Excel; knowledge of inventory systems/SAP
is an advantage)
·       Good organizational and record-keeping skills
·       Physically fit for lifting, moving, and handling goods
·       Able to work independently and as part of a team
·       Responsible, punctual, and reliable
·       Attention to detail and accuracy
·       Knowledge of FIFO, 5S, and basic inventory management
principles
