JOW Architects is looking for full-time Architectural Assistant to join our team in Singapore.

A passionate and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and support the team in both Architectural and Interior projects
• Design development throughout all stages from Concept design to Detail design
• Project management and coordination till the completion of projects.
• Productions of 2D/ 3D drawings and Detail Construction drawings, including Tender Document & Drawings.
• Prepare Meeting minutes and document information logically.
• To coordinate and speak to various consultants and vendors for the projects.
• Able to handle and manage time scheduling of 2-3 house projects at different stages concurrently.
• To represent the Company to attend Design coordination and Technical meetings at site

Job Requirements

• Possess a flair for creativity and keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Sketch-up, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop etc)
• Knowledge in 3D software and Photoshop.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to write minutes and check shop drawings
• Experience during construction stage are preferred

Relevant Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
