Human Resource Operations
• Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP) and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related employment matters.
• Coordinate worker arrival arrangements, accommodation check-in and onboarding processes in compliance with MOM requirements.
• Maintain employee attendance records and support payroll administration.
• Handle employee insurance matters, medical claims, PCP and other employee welfare-related matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
Administration & Coordination
• Provide administrative support for new employees and workers.
• Manage vehicle insurance, road tax renewals and related administrative matters.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, recruitment agencies and government authorities on HR and administrative matters.
• Assist management with manpower planning and general office administration.
Requirements
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass administration.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: SGD 3,000 – 4,800 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
