• Receives visitors to the office and advises the relevant internal party of their arrival.
• Ensures refreshments are provided to visitors and internal meeting
• Ensure refreshments, crockery and cutlery are cleared away after meetings
• Manages meeting rooms bookings and ensures meeting rooms are clean
• Operates the telephone switchboard, ensuring that incoming calls are answered promptly and politely and are diverted to the appropriate
• Assist visiting staff with arranging local travel as required.
• Assist vendors with carrying out routine office equipment readings, minor repairs such as light bulb replacement
• Replenishing staff pantry fridge with drinks.
