We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to act as the key link between customers and the technical team. This role ensures smooth service delivery, efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to filter change, service and installation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing effective troubleshooting and professional customer support
Manage multiple WhatsApp Business lines to maintain consistent, high-quality communication with customers
Coordinate technician schedules by prioritizing urgency, location, and availability, including handling rescheduling and urgent requests
Collaborate with the warehouse team to finalize daily technician schedules and confirm inventory readiness for service calls
Prepare and process administrative documents such as invoices, credit notes, and quotations accurately and timely
Update and maintain internal tracking systems to monitor job progress and support after-sales service effectiveness
Assist cross-functional teams with general administrative duties to support smooth operational workflows
Requirements
Experience with Zetta Platform is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and professional communication manner.
Able to work in fast-pace environment
Working Hours
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
2 Saturdays off per month (after 3-month probation)
