Position: IT & Operations Support Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.
  • Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.
  • Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.
  • Any other matters tasked by Management.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in IT support and deployments.
  • Experience handling network issues will be an advantage.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
  • Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
  • Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
