Senior Technician (Assembly & Test)

Up to $4,6000 Basic | Fixed Shift Available

Join a leading semiconductor manufacturing environment and support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of high-precision equipment and modules.

Location: Serangoon North
(Fixed Shift) Morning: 6.45am – 3.15pm | Afternoon: 2.45pm – 11.15pm | Night: 10.45pm – 7.15am
Salary: Up to $4,500 Basic + Bonus
Perm + Mass Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and pneumatic issues
• Support engineering changes, qualification builds, and process validation
• Review work instructions and test procedures to improve efficiency
• Analyse production data and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, maintenance, or troubleshooting
